Commonly Asked Questions: Locating Automatic Downloads
Use this handy guide if you’ve been shopping on the Designs in Machine Embroidery website and you:
- Ordered a product that comes with a download
- Ordered a downloadable project
- Visit www.dzgns.com/shopping_cart
- Click on the link at the top “Log in”
- Enter your email address and password
- Click on My Account at the top of the page.
- This page indicates your recent purchases. Your page will look similar. Click on the View button beside the order. Your page will look similar. In this instance my automatic download is “A Kid’s Favorite Chair.”
Click on the Download button and follow the prompts to save to your preferred location on your computer.
