Magna-Hoop, Quick-Snap and Patch Kit Warranty
Designs in Machine Embroidery (DME) is committed to providing quality products to its customers.  If you purchased the Magna-Hoop, Quick-Snap or Patch Kit direct from DME and any of the components are defective or broken, contact us in one of the following ways:

DME will replace any damaged or defective components for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
If components break due to user error beyond the 1 year warranty, parts are available for purchase.  Contact us at 888-739-0555 / customerservice@dzgns.com for pricing on individual pieces.

 If you purchased the Magna-Hoop from another company, the 1 year warranty still applies.  Please contact the company where you purchased the product.  The company will notify DME about the needed components.
